Mileage booster systems currently center around an HHO generator. EBN's generator is setting the standard. Other components are purpose driven.

Elyte reservoir tanks are needed, the first is a separator, followed by a bubbler. Both tanks feature a FlashPort safety relief valve. The bubbler has a clear elyte level indicator. KOH is the current choice for the most efficient elyte.

The PWM is a critical safety item on account of the current rollback and voltage sensing features. The wiring should support a 40amp fuse, and cabin mounted manual override shutoff switch.

The booster is engineered around the limiting factor of the standard alternator: 30 amp max continuos duty. After market alternators and custom systems go out of scope for our initial product target. Note that the PWM is also a basic component of the water car: this aspect goes out of scope. Our low price booster system satisfies 80% of market. For current industry understanding, EFIE modules are considered risk adverse. However, Mileage gains will increase with time and research.

This HHO booster system creates measurable results. Intended for experimental and off-road use only.

Description: Manufactured from 4" ABS, Strength is Safety. ABS is Phoenix Labs strength tested and approved. These have passed detonation testing in larger form factors at maximum HHO percentage. Filling with elyte and steam decreases HHO percentage. Adding FlashPorts increases margin of safety.

Description: Safety First! These have passed Phoenix Labs detonation testing. Adding FlashPorts to any container where HHO accumulates, increases margin of safety. Mounts to any 3/4 NPT threaded hole.

Although detonations are not recommended, FlashPorts are built to withstand repeated flashes. Assuming appropriate container strength, use one FlashPort per liter of dry volume flashed. Under any testing, Use eye and ear protection (...and full body armor). Be SAFE!
